The Pilsen plant of Stock company expanded its production by acquiring seven brands from Hamburg and increased its production capacity, which reached 37.8 million liters of beverages in fiscal year 2026. For 2027, the company expects a production growth of one quarter, bringing output close to half of the plant's 72 million liter capacity. These changes also bring adjustments in distribution, with supplies to some European markets now being made directly from Pilsen.
Production and Distribution within Central European Markets
Compared to the previous fiscal year 2025, when the production of the Pilsen plant amounted to 30.7 million liters, there was a year-on-year increase of nearly 23%. In addition, Stock decided to consolidate the management of its Central European activities and transfer part of the operations for the German and Austrian markets to the Czech Republic. The distribution warehouse in Cerhovice remains a key center, however, some foreign markets, such as the French, Polish, and British markets, will be supplied directly from Pilsen, while Germany will retain its own central warehouse.
This step can be seen as part of a broader strategy of the Stock Spirits group, which increases production and distribution efficiency in Central Europe. With a significant production increase and the need to coordinate raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products, the company is also responding to the demands of dynamic European markets. Another challenge will be to ensure smooth deliveries and manage the planned production growth, which could reach up to 47 million liters next year.
